Combat illegal activity, learn how to properly screen prospective tenants and find out more about proactive property management at an upcoming Crime Free Multi-Housing training session.
Hosted by the New Westminster Police and the Burnaby RCMP, the day-long workshop is the first of two phases of training for the B.C. Crime Prevention Association’s Crime Free Multi-Housing program. Open to property and rental managers and other police agencies, the workshop will cover several topics, including applicant screening process, combatting illegal activity, residential tenancy legislation and more.
The workshop is on Nov. 25 and runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, 6450 Deer Lake Ave. in Burnaby.
