New Westminster city council has renewed the Sapperton Fish and Game Club's lease for Queen's Park Arenex.
New Westminster city council has approved a lease for a portion of the lower floor in Queen's Park Arenex. The club is able to use the space for a variety of activities, including operating and maintaining a shooting gallery, firearms safety courses, training programs related to hunting, fishing, camping and boating, environmental-focused restoration and conservation programs, member meetings and fundraising and social activities.
"They have been a wonderful tenant in the Arenex for many years," said Jay Young, manager of the Arenex. "We just renewed their lease as their old one had expired."
