Love to travel but just can't get away this spring?
Take a trip to the New Westminster Public Library instead - and enjoy the fun of European travel without having to pack a bag.
The library is taking an armchair trip to Portugal in April.
Eunice Hodge will show her photographs of Portugal, including Lisbon and a cruise down the River Duro to Porto.
She will show them twice: on Wednesday, April 4 at 2: 30 p.m. and again on Wednesday, April 11 at 7: 30 p.m.
The travel shows are co-sponsored by the University Women's Club of New Westminster.
They're held in the library's auditorium at 716 Sixth Ave. in uptown New Westminster.
