Superintendent John Woudzia was the highest-paid official in the district, earning $187,676 for last year (totals include pension and benefits); assistant-superintendent Al Balanuik earned $159,598; and secretary-treasurer Brian Sommerfeldt made $157,495.

Since 2008, boards of education have been required to complete the public sector executive compensation disclosure report annually. The disclosure requirements apply to chief executive officers and the next four highest paid executives, where these positions have an annual base salary of $125,000 or more.
