The Salient Group will pay for off-site engineering works and services for its Trapp+Holbrook development.
The Salient Group is constructing a 20-storey, mixed-used building on Columbia Street that will include 196 housing units and 8,500 square feet of retail floor space.
The offsite works includes water, sanitary and storm sewer connection, new concrete sidewalks on Front Street, a new crossing on Front Street to the parking garage, street lights on Front Street, new asphalt paving on a portion of Front Street and underground electrical connections on Front Street and removal of existing overhead poles and conductors. The work is valued at about $235,000.
