New Westminster police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in a number of attempted car-jackings.
According to a press release from the department, between March 10 and 12 a man was spotted trying to steal several vehicles in the downtown area.
Police describe the suspect as a Caucasian man, between 25 and 35 years old, 5'8" and 5'10" in height, and weighing about 220 to 260 lbs. The suspect has brown hair, cut short on the sides and longer at the top, with a bit of stubble around his face. He was seen wearing a black hoodie with a red lining and black track pants with a white stripe down the side.
