Jump-start your heritage and genealogy research, at the New Westminster Public Library. Inspired by the Heritage Week theme of Good Neighbours: Heritage Homes and Neighbourhoods, the library is offering drop-in clinics from 5 to 8 p.m. Librarians will be available to show how to find things online and in print, including unique materials found only at the library. Historical photographs, newspaper articles, obituaries and funeral records are some of the resources available. The library is at 716 Sixth Ave. and is wheelchair accessible.
