The Art of Living Well, presentation at the New Westminster Public Library, 7 p.m. The presentation is designed to provide you with the tools to discover how you can change your life and help you combat lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Dr. Wayne Jakeman will lead you through recent developments in the science of nutrition, movement and thinking, which will allow you to achieve abundant health and well being. The Art of Living Well is co-sponsored by the University Women's Club of New Westminster and the New Westminster Public Library. Glenbrooke North Residents Association, 14th annual garage sale, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Association is calling on all sellers and buyers to reduce, reuse and recycle.
