PREGNANCY OUTREACH PROGRAM,

Sensibly), West End chapter meets Wednesdays at Connaught Heights Community School, 7 to 8 p.m., with weighin at 6: 30 p.m. TOPS is a volunteer group that uses nutrition and portion control for effective weight loss. Women needed, to serve as support and outreach volunteers for the Maida Duncan Drop-In Centre run by the Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver. Volunteers assist clients with finding and phoning shelters or housing, understanding and filling in forms, sorting donations and doing light cleaning. Shift minimum of two hours per week.
