The New Westminster Secondary School Hyack boys' team put up some big numbers against Windermere in a recent varsity high school basketball game.
New West reached the century mark, winning 11289 over the East Vancouver school.
Sylvester Appiah had a career night, leading the way with 45 points. Appiah hit on 14-of-19 buckets, four three-pointers and five-of-seven from the charity stripe to pace the Hyacks.
Inderjit Singh and Manvir Gandham chipped in with 13 and 12 points, respectively.
