The Censorio Group announced an aggressive option to lure buyers to its Elliot Street project, which is slated to be completed in 2015.
Under the new mortgage incentive program, the Censorio Group has agreed to pay the entire monthly mortgage payments for 24 months if homebuyers purchase at the Elliot Street project, according to a media release. New homeowners would live mortgage free for the two years, the release says.
Elliot Street is one of four highrise condo towers in the works in the city. All four projects saw their sales flatline in recent months, the release states.
Since launching the mortgage incentive program at the Elliot, sales jumped 150 per cent, according to the release.
The condos are located at 188 Agnes St.

Forseti Digital Ltd., an indie-game studio in New Westminster, is developing educational games for mobile devices.
The first game the company created is Free The Balloon - a mobile game with educational learning outcomes geared for primary aged school children, says a media release.
Free The Balloon facilitates the learning of a foundational math skill: skip counting. This learning outcome is standard on primary education curricula around the world, the release says.
