Devon More is back in the spotlight for Way Off-Broadway Wednesdays.

More, who created and curates the fringe performance series that runs weekly at the Heritage Grill, is presenting her solo show Silent Party Musicon Jan. 31.

It was the show that launched her onto the fringe circuit in 2014.

Silent Party Music follows a hard-partying, hyperactive bartender who follows another of her last-minute whims –and finds herself facing 10 days of total sensory deprivation at a remote silent meditation retreat.

“Can she shut up and meditate? Could you?” asks a press release.

The show, based on More’s own experiences, is set to original music.

“Slipping seamlessly from sultry songs to self-deprecation, and from lyrical poetry to temper tantrums, Silent Party Musicis dynamic, playful and immersive,” the release says.

As with all Way Off-Broadway Wednesday shows, showtime is 7 p.m., and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Audience members are invited to make a donation, on a pay-what-you-want basis.

You can just show up, or you can reserve a table ahead of time by calling 604-759-0819.

The Heritage Grill is at 447 Columbia St.
