Love art and music? The New West Artists Gallery is hosting a couple more nights of music, so save the dates.
On Saturday, Sept. 21, you can enjoy the music of The Soda Crackers (Sue Malcolm, Don Fraser and Stu MacDonald), with what’s described as “a gumbo of bluegrass, jazz and Western swing.” The performance is at 7:30 p.m., and doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25.
On Thursday, Oct. 17, the gallery will host the Suede Dogs, a jazz and rock duo featuring the talents of Linda Miller and Malcolm Dane. They’ll perform at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $20.
Refreshments will be available at both concerts. They’re both fundraisers for the New West Artists group, and seating is limited so you must pre-purchase a ticket. You can buy yours at Renaissance Books, 712 12th St., or see www.newwestartists.com for more info.
The gallery is at 712C 12th St.
