Emma Thompson fans, be sure to mark this one on your calendars.
Thompson is the star of the next Last Mondays at the Movies outing, The Children Act. It’s on Monday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Massey Theatre (735 Eighth Ave.).
Thompson stars as a judge, facing a crumbling marriage, who must decide a case involving a teenage boy who is refusing a blood transfusion on religious principle.
After the movie, viewers are invited to join in a post-film talk.
