Jackknifed semi wedged under overpass shuts down Highway 1 in both directions

If you have to drive today, be safe

Drive BC sent out a notice this morning at 5:35 a.m., warning drivers to avoid Highway 1 in Langley.

Seen in the photo here, a semi jackknifed and got wedged under the overpass.

The accident occurred near the 264th Street exit.

 Drive BC is encouraging everyone to "please avoid the highway in this area."
