This award goes to Front Street, which was a lot more exposed after part of the Front Street parkade was demolished in the spring. Work on the road was done in the summer, but construction of the Front Street Mews is continuing and is expected to wrap up in 2017.
The city’s vision is to better connect the downtown and the waterfront by stripping down part of the cement structure.
