Kid’s Stuff Artisans Fair, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., River Market, 810 Quayside Dr. Artisans from New Westminster and beyond will be showcasing their handmade wares for the younger set, including quilting, books, beadwork, knitwear, playwear, decor items and more.

Sunday, March 2

West Coast Tap Dance Collective annual general meeting and tap jam, De Dutch New Westminster, 1035 Columbia St. Annual general meeting at 4:30 p.m., tap jam at 5:30 p.m. Features movers and shakes of the tap world working together to form the future of our community, election of new board, free appetizers, and tap jam. Free for members attending the AGM or $5 for members (jam only) and $10 for non-members (jam only).

Royal Columbian Hospital Auxiliary general meeting, 1 p.m., Neil Russell room, third floor of Columbia tower, Royal Columbian Hospital, 330 East Columbia St. Info: Barb at 604-526-9041.

A Call to Nurse: Memories of Royal Columbian Hospital School of Nursing, a presentation in which nursing school graduates tell their stories. Memories of the hospital's school of nursing still live on and were recently gathered in a new book, A Call to Nurse, which will be featured at 7 p.m. Several of the alumnae will talk about the history of the school and will share some of the stories and photographs.
