Patricia Wooster’s interactive guide, Ignite Your Spark, provides quizzes and activities to help you navigate the confusing and often tumultuous challenges of adolescence. You’ll find helpful topics ranging from relationships and self-image to willpower and learning from your mistakes.

Are you the strong, silent type? In Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts, Susan Cain explains how introverts can learn to use their “superpowers,” such as listening, deep thinking and focusing on the self, to excel in life.
