A little rain didn’t dampen the spirits of volunteers at the fifth annual TD Tree Day in New Westminster.
About 30 volunteers gathered for the event, which was held on Sunday, Oct. 18 at lower Hume Park. They planted about 300 plants from 12 different native species in the park.
