Queen’s Park was hopping on Easter Sunday.
Sunny skies brought families out in droves for the city’s annual Easter in the Park, which featured a petting farm, crafts, face painting, entertainment and the popular photos with the Easter bunnies. Other visitors to Queen’s Park posed for photos by a festive garden at the park’s entrance that featured inflatable Easter eggs.
“It really looks good,” said horticultural manager Claude LeDoux of the garden created by Duglas Cruz. “It’s totally different than what we’ve ever done. It’s something fun."
