Catch the art of the next generation at the New West Artists gallery this weekend.
The gallery, at 712C 12th St., is featuring The Children’s Art Project this weekend.
Running from Friday, May 9 to Sunday, May 12, the featured work is from artists in Larissa Kaminsky’s Grade 1 class at Lord Tweedsmuir School.
The class painted spring birds in honour of Mother’s Day.
You can stop by the gallery between noon and 6 p.m. any day this weekend to check it out.
