New West Artists are inviting everyone to an open house on Sunday afternoon at their 12th Street gallery.

The artists’ group is holding the open house at its new gallery space at 712C 12th St. (next to Renaissance Books) from noon to 6 p.m. on April 14.

Admission is free, and there will be refreshments for visitors while they browse the gallery to check out a wide range of work by local artists.

The gallery currently features more than 115 works of art, plus jewelry, art cards, magnets and more. Participating artists for 2019 include Betteanne Wilson, Hanna-Barbara Berwid, Kevin Jordan, Julia Schoennagel, Lavana La Brey, Jacky Hosford, Teresa Morton, Stella Hyx, George Zadolia, Zabrina Metheral, Mariette Leppert, Pat Sturgeon, Eileen Pick, Alicja Draganska, Irina Prodan, Robert Jost and Janet Kvammen.

The gallery is open regularly from Thursday to Sunday, noon to 6 p.m. The space is also available as a rental venue for meetings, workshops, etc. See www.newwestartists.com for details.
