The Record is once again aiming to help connect citizens to local groups that help make a better city.
Since 1996, the Record has published an annual Guide to Giving to inform community members about the needs of various non-profit groups in New Westminster – at Christmas and beyond. It’s hoped the guide helps connect local non-profits to people who can contribute cash or specific items or volunteer some time.
The guide will run in a December issue of the Record.
Non-profits wanting to be included in this year’s Guide to Giving should provide a short overview of their organization, the items on their wish list and contact information to the Record by 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 10.
