“Mister Bentley is inviting his Instagram followers (he has 351,000!) and pets in New Westminster so it is guaranteed to be a packed and entertaining event,” said an email to the Record from Karima Jivraj, store owner of Bosley’s by PetValu in Columbia Square.“In addition to Mister Bentley’s guest appearance, the event will feature dozens of adorable dogs in Halloween costumes, a potential visit by New West Police’s K9 unit and a fundraising barbecue and bake sale. Vancouver Pet Photography will also be onsite.”

Bosley’s Halloween party for pets is on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 114 - 1015 Columbia St. Mister Bentley will be on site from noon to 1 p.m., greeting friends and posing for photos.

Attendees are invited to come in costume or buy one on site. They can meet Mister Bentley and have their photograph taken (suggested donation of $20 per pet.)
