While carpooling during a pandemic doesn't seem like an ideal situation, the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) has created a poster to help guide those that have to for some reason.

The poster gives simple, clear tips for people to stay safe if they must share a vehicle together; most are common sense ideas. Tips include avoid eating or drinking while in the car, cleaning your hands when getting in and out of the vehicle and travelling with the same people. And, as usual, they strongly advise people wear masks while in the carpool.

"If you are carpooling with another employee at your worksite, tell your employer. Your employer may use this information when making their COVID-19 Safety Plan," they note on the poster.

They have additional advice for people carpooling on their page for commonly asked coronavirus questions.
