The Music at Queens concert series is back, and the lineup for the fall concerts has been announced.

The concert series begins on Saturday, Nov. 19, with the West Coast Symphony performing some orchestral favourites: Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, Mussorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain and Beethoven's Symphony No. 5.

The orchestra is conducted by Bujar Llapaj. The concert is by suggested donation of $20 for adults, $15 for students and seniors, and $10 for children, and it starts at 7: 30 p.m.

On Saturday, Nov. 26, choral music lovers can enjoy Chez Nous: Christmas With Elektra, featuring Vancouver's wellknown women's choir, along with the Borealis String Quartet and the Surrey Children's Choir.

Tickets are $28 for adults, $22 for seniors and students, or $10 for youth. The concert is at 2 p.m.

Then, on Sunday, Dec. 11, it's the popular seasonal favourite Carols and Bells - a festive evening of carol singing and performances by English handbell choirs.

The 13th annual concert starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students and seniors, or $10 for children.

If you buy before Nov. 13, you can save money - all three for $60 adults, $45 seniors/students, $25 children.

Tickets are available at the church office, or call 604-522-1606 for more information (between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday to Friday).

Queens Avenue United Church is at 529 Queens Ave.
