Things are happening with the Q to Q Ferry as far as innovations.
With the ferry being extended until 2019, The City of New Westminster has now added a new feature that allows riders to track where the ferry is at any given time during its regular operating hours.
This is a handy addition in light of two recent service disruptions.
The Q to Q extended ferry service operates at a frequency of approximately every 20 minutes.
The ferry runs:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 9:00 am, and 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am - 9:00 am, and 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Weekends & statutory holidays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
