Photos: Here's what a $13 million condo in downtown Vancouver looks like

It sits high above the city on the 25th floor

Downtown Vancouver has quite a range of living spaces.

While some are tiny, others are like this massive $12.9 million sub-penthouse in the Smithe, a Yaletown luxury condo tower built in 2021 at the intersection of Cambie and Smithe streets.

With more than 4,500 sq. feet of space, the huge condo has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and a 1,630 sq. foot balcony that wraps around a corner of the building.

Along with high-end appliances, smart home technology and fancy lighting, there's a luxurious 17-foot kitchen island, two gas fireplaces, and a 300-bottle temperature-controlled wine room (with fancy multi-coloured LED lights). And if wine isn't your drink of choice, there are also a couple of beer taps installed in the counter.

Downstairs it comes with a few parking spaces and nearly 100 sq. feet of storage.

Aside from the condo itself, the building comes with a bunch of highlights as well, including a 24-hour concierge, another patio with fire pits, and a gym.
