The West Coast Symphony is returning to New West as part of the Music at Queens concert series in February.

Here’s a heads-up to classical music lovers: Be sure to mark Saturday, Feb. 9 on your calendars.

The West Coast Symphony is returning to the Music at Queens concert series in a program featuring Arvo Part’s Symphony No. 3, Sergei Prokofiev’s Sinfonia Concertante Op. 125 and B.C. composer Jordan Nobles’ Ouroboros.

Cellist Luke Kim is featured, and the orchestra is conducted by Bujar Llapaj.

The concert is at 7:30 p.m. at Queens Avenue United Church, 529 Queens Ave. Admission is by donation at the door. See www.westcoastsymphony.ca for details.
