Here are some of the upcoming performances:
Eliot Chang: Chang has two shows – tonight (Friday, Feb. 15) at 9 p.m. and tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 16) at 8 p.m. Originally from New York City and now based in Los Angeles, Chang has toured extensively in North America and parts of Europe and Asia. He has been seen on his own Comedy Central half-hour and has millions of views at his Youtube channel (Eliot Chang Official).
Laughter Zone 101 Showcase: On Thursday, Feb. 21 at 8 p.m., you can check out the stylings of new comics who’ve been taking classes through Laughter Zone, run by New West comedy maven Janice Bannister. For info, email janice@laughterzone101.com.
Leland Klassen: With two shows – on Friday, Feb. 22 at 9 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. – Klassen will share the comedy stylings that have led to him being billed as “Canada’s premier clean comedian.” He’s been seen across the country, including at Halifax Comedy Fest and Just For Laughs Montreal, and has made multiple TV appearances.
Kenny Robinson: Robinson is onstage Friday, March 1 at 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 2 at 8 p.m., bringing to the stage his irreverent, socially conscious, intelligent and profane style of comedy. The Winnipeg-born, Chicago-bred comedian has an extensive resume as both a stand-up comic and an actor.
