Take in a reading and performance at the New Media Gallery: GYRE: the Ocean Container on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 7:30 p.m. The gallery (located at 777 Columbia St.) is open until 5 p.m. and then again from 7 to 8:30 p.m. during the performance. 4. Find out about volunteer opportunities for local youth at the Youth Volunteer Orientation Session hosted by New Westminster parks and rec. 6. Check out the artwork of Bob Gunning in the Portraits of Ninstints exhibition taking place in the Plaskett Gallery at Massey Theatre until Sept. 29. The gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m., by appointment or one hour before and during theatre productions. The gallery is at 735 Eighth Ave.
