Canada-wide recall issued for razors that pose a 'laceration hazard'

Health Canada is recalling various Ditto Razors and Refill Cartridges from the marketplace due to a laceration hazard. 

On Aug. 25, the department issued a recall of Ditto Razors and Refill Cartridges that come in 4Blade, 5Blade and Twin Blade options with various packaging in colour. It notes that the razors may cut the skin during use, posing a laceration hazard.

As of Aug. 6, the company has received 2 reports of lacerations in Canada.

The company reported that 8,549 units of the affected product were sold in Canada. The affected products were sold from May 2020 to July 2020 and were manufactured in China.

If you have any of the recalled product in your home, immediately stop using the razors and contact Giant Tiger for a refund.
